You'll lead the timely processing of requests, oversee debt asset management underwriting, and conduct due diligence within our Servicing platform. Your role involves providing written recommendations to management, managing the pipeline, and continuously enhancing processing systems for improved efficiency. You'll compile reports for senior management and Rating Agencies, while engaging with a diverse range of commercial property types, including multifamily, retail, office, and more. Collaborate with key stakeholders such as servicing entities, legal counsel, borrowers, and senior management.
