This is a highly cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with PLM, sales, finance, and supply chain teams to manage seasonal forecasting, supply risk mitigation, inventory planning, and S&OP improvements. The **Demand & Supply Planner** serves as a critical link between our HQ teams in California and regional sales teams across Europe, requiring strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across time zones and functions.**Roles & Responsibilities*** Generate and submit seasonal forecasts at various levels (top downs / bottoms up) using historical data, trend inputs, account plans, and product lifecycle data.* Monitor forecast accuracy and inventory health while analyzing product performance to inform line planning, assortment, and replenishment strategies; enhance tools and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.* Lead supply and demand reviews for EMEA to maximize inventory turn by managing product flow from launch to markdown, resolving sales vs. supply misalignments, and prioritizing high-margin, fast-moving styles.* Align demand planning with sales planning to ensure product availability supports revenue targets, proactively identifying and communicating any misalignments, risks, or opportunities to drive informed decision-making.* Process regional buys and intercompany POs, supporting global OTB timelines.* Provide inventory analysis supporting the move of our key warehouse.* Provide analysis for product hindsight reviews in collaboration with Sales, PLM, and Merchandising, to inform and shape the next season's product strategy for the local market.**TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)*** Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)* Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel modeling* Proficient in SAP or equivalent ERP* Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders* Ability to clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner* Deadline-driven with a strong sense of urgency and highly organized* Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze data / detail* Strong planning and communication skills**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE*** Minimum 5 years' relevant experience within retail merchandising or planning, and a Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) environment, preferably apparel retail.* Bachelors Degree or equivalent.If you have the skills and experience we are looking for, **apply** today to join us as a **Demand & Supply Planner** on this exciting fixed-term opportunity.TravisMathew is a premium apparel brand that exists because we seized an opportunity—and we're inviting you to take yours.
