Join CenClear's Preschool team and make a meaningful impact every day. As a Bus Aide, you'll help ensure safe, reliable transportation for children ages 3-5. This part-time role offers a chance to contribute to your community in a supportive, child-focused environment.What You'll DoStart and finish each day at CenClear's Garage in Philipsburg while assisting with transportation for the CenClear Preschool class at Mountaintop Elementary School.Schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 4½ to 5 hours per day, split between morning (6:45 a.m. to 9:25 a.m.) and afternoon (1:45 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) routes.Position follows the school calendar with approximately 170-180 workdays per year; mandatory training sessions occur during the summer.Support children ages 3 to 5 during transportationAssist with safe boarding and exiting of the busEnsure children are securely fastened in seat beltsFollow designated pick-up and drop-off schedulesPartner with the bus driver to maintain a safe and orderly environmentCommunicate with parents as needed about transportation logisticsComplete and submit required paperwork in a timely mannerWhat We're Looking ForHigh School diploma or G.E.D.Experience working with young childrenDocumented good physical healthMust obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting CertificatePerks You'll Love (Based On Hours Worked)Meaningful work that positively impacts families and communities.Vacation and Sick LeaveFlexible Spending Account401(k) with up to 7% company match (start contributing after 30 days; employer match begins after 1 year and 1,000 hours worked)Employee Assistance Program (EAP) (includes household members)Mileage Reimbursement (following the reimbursement policy)Technology and Software Discounts availableReady to Make a Difference?
