The candidate should have hands-on experience in Android frameworks and libraries, and be capable of guiding development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, and supporting offshore operations as needed.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage IT service, support, and operational activities for mobile development teams.Hands-on expertise in Android development using MVI, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Mockito, and Hilt.Collaborate with offshore teams to provide support during critical times.Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile solutions.Drive process improvements and enforce coding standards and best practices across the team.Mentor and guide team members to enhance skills and productivity.
