Du-Co Ceramics Company is looking for a Tool and Die Maker to join our team in our Saxonburg location.The ideal candidate will be able to make all types of dies, especially ceramic pressing dies, pierce, punching,form and drawing dies. Candidate must be capable of operating all types of machines in tool and die shopefficiently to within .0005 of any part of any tool, die or fixture ready for milling, drilling,grinding, turning, shaping or any hand or machine operation. Must also be able to do bench workin die assembly and personally do fitting required to make die operate efficiently. Must be ableto take all component parts of a tool, die or fixture and quickly diagnose what changes arerequired, where metal is to be removed, what parts require high polish and finish. Ability toprogram, set-up, and operate CNC and related machines, create, load, and save programs perestablished procedures.
