You conduct 1-day post-service satisfaction calls to ensure customers are happy and pre-book future maintenance appointments to fill schedules. Additionally, you manage promotional campaigns, service reminders, and follow-ups, keeping accurate records of all interactions. When faced with difficult customer situations, you know when to involve managers and work closely with store leaders to maintain a great customer experience.Your schedule:Enjoy exceptional work-life balance with a desirable set schedule!
