Supervises Practice Managers, Office Managers, Safety Coaches, Ancillary Support Staff and oversees the management of medical practice activities. Those in this role are expected to allocate 70% of time to Practice Operations, Management and Improvement, 20% strategy, and 10% working with Physician Leadership and Administration on improving practice operations.
