Packaging Engineer

This role is basically a Packaging Engineer position focused on making sure parts are packed efficiently, safely, and consistently across multiple locations.In simple terms, the person will:Decide how products should be packaged (materials, box size, design)Make sure packaging works well with automation/robots in warehousesSet up packaging for new parts and kitsWork with different teams (operations, supply chain, shop floor) to improve packaging quality and safetyHelp standardize packaging across different facilitiesIt’s a mix of problem-solving, teamwork, and hands-on work (office + warehouse floor).
