Food & Beverage Operations Manager

The Food & Beverage Operations Manager supports the day-to-day execution of banquet and outlet operations within the hotel. This role heavily involves hands-on service delivery, team support, and event execution, while assisting senior leadership with administrative and operational responsibilities. The position reports to the Banquet Manager and focuses on ensuring smooth banquet operations, maintaining service standards, and supporting restaurant and bar outlets during non-peak banquet periods.What You Will DoAssist in the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet eventsWork alongside banquet captains and service teams to ensure events meet service standardsServe as a floor presence during events, actively supporting service as neededEnsure banquet rooms are properly set with equipment, linens, and décorMonitor event flow and guest satisfaction, addressing issues in real timeSupport communication between kitchen, service, and sales teams to ensure accurate executionMaintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of banquet spacesProvide operational support to restaurant, bar, or lounge.Assist with opening/closing duties, service coverage, and guest interactionHelp ensure consistent service standards across all outletsStep into service roles (host, server support, expediter) as neededTeam Support & SupervisionSupervise and support hourly staff during shifts, ensuring adherence to standardsAssist with training new employees on service procedures and expectationsReinforce service standards, safety, and sanitation practicesProvide real-time coaching and direction during serviceGuest ExperienceMaintain a visible presence during events and service periodsInteract with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns promptlySupport delivery of consistent, high-quality service across banquet and outlet operationsWhat You Bring2–4 years of food & beverage experience, preferably in banquets or hotel operationsPrior Supervisory Or Lead Experience PreferredStrong service mindset with willingness to be hands-on in operationsBasic understanding of banquet service, restaurant operations, and food safety standardsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25–50 lbs as neededAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentOur PerksCulture of ExcellenceMedical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental InsurancePaid Time OffHotel Discounts401(k) Company MatchCareer Development OpportunitiesPeer-to-Peer RecognitionQuarterly & Annual AwardsBecause we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for our guests around the clock, our hotels operate 24/7.
