(GISI).Position OverviewSeeking an experienced construction Superintendent to oversee a $25M addition at a secure residential facility. This role oversee's onsite construction, monitoring contractors and subcontractors coordination, and compliance across multiple contracts.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesMonitor contract compliance via daily inspections for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing trades.Review contractor As-Builts monthly to ensure they are updated.Conduct and document per pocedures onsite QA/QC activities through use of: 1st Delivery Inspections, Closure Inspections, Mock-Up Inspections, and Acceptance Testing.Prepare and coordinate Pre-Activity meetings prior to significant scopes of work. Perform a detailed comparison of the contract drawings, specifications, and approved product submittals to ensure conformance with the contract. Ensure that Manufacturer’s Installation Instructions are being followed.Monitoring of sub-contractor & supplier usage to ensure pre-approval before work startsAssist the contractor(s) with the coordination of activities on the construction site with the other trades and the facility.Monitor workforce and performance against the work plan.Coordinate facility training.Ensure OSHA 10 cards are on file for each workerEnsure compliance with generally accepted standards of workmanship.Offer recommendations to improve constructability.Complete punchlists and track completion.QualificationsRequirements8+ years construction experience, with a minimum of 5 years as superintendent on large scale projects.Able to communicate a project work plan, monitor manpower and performance against work planAble to perform detailed comparision of design drawings against each other to assure coordination between each of the trades.OSHA 30 requiredPreferred / PlusExperience working on OGS or other public sector projectsExperience working in secure or correctional facility environmentsCompensation & Benefits$110,00 - 120,000 (based on experience)Full benefits package including health insurance, dental, vision, PTOEmployee Stock Purchase PlanProfessional development and mentoringReferral bonusAdditional InformationMust be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)LiRo-Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer#ID22#ZR22MinimumUSD $110,000.00/Yr.MaximumUSD $120,000.00/Yr.
