Role Description This part-time, on-site role, based in Marlton, NJ, involves providing exceptional customer service and actively supporting the salon team to create an excellent client experience. As a Sales Associate, you will greet and assist customers, recommend products based on their needs, manage appointment bookings, and handle point-of-sale transactions. You will also help maintain a clean and organized salon environment, stock retail products, and support promotional activities that enhance client engagement. Qualifications Customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients and team members.Sales knowledge and skills, with the ability to recommend and upsell appropriate salon products.Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage bookings, maintain the salon environment, and troubleshoot client concerns in a fast-paced setting.Basic computer proficiency and experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.A friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude, with a passion for beauty and wellness.High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; prior experience in a salon, retail, or customer service setting is a plus.
