We work with Fortune 100 companies all the way down to newly VC-funded startups in the developer, and AI space.Role Description This full-time remote Project Manager role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of technical content projects for clients. Day-to-day, the Project Manager coordinates timelines, resources, and workflows across subject matter experts, writers, editors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope. The role includes managing project plans, tracking milestones, monitoring quality standards, and communicating progress and risks clearly to clients and team members. The Project Manager will also refine processes, facilitate efficient collaboration, and ensure that each content initiative aligns with client goals, technical audience needs, and Draft.dev’s quality benchmarks.Project ManagementCreate and assign tasks based on meeting notes and project requirements using task management tools (Trello)Review for overdue tasks, and follow up with team members individually or raise them in the team meetings.Maintain oversight of all tasks, including proper delegation, deadline management, and organization.Assign content to writers/specialists with proper instructions and monitor deadlines and quality checks. Assist in strategizing on automations to help improve processesPeer Reviews & Quality ControlReview edited content to ensure it meets quality and formatting standards.Assign approved content to be published on the client’s website.Implement client feedback to update content, including adding CTAs/internal links and formatting adjustments.Conduct post-publication quality checks to confirm proper implementation on client websites.Provide feedback and confirm quality before final delivery.Attention to DetailEnsure all project elements are accurate and compliant with client expectations and legal industry standards.Team CollaborationCollaborate cross-functionally with team members to troubleshoot issues, move projects forward, and remove blockers.Take initiative to research solutions or consult with colleagues when encountering unfamiliar tools or tasks.CommunicationProvide proactive updates to supervisors on project progress and delays.QualificationsProficiency in the English language.Minimum two years of experience in project management.Deep familiarity with task management softwareBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).Basic understanding of website editing tools and processes.Proficiency with AI tools and willingness to learn new platforms.Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.High attention to detail, especially when reviewing digital deliverables.Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.Key CompetenciesProactive and self-starting.Resourceful—able to research or ask for help when needed.Tech-savvy with a problem-solving mindset.Skilled multitasker with excellent organizational abilities.Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
