We hire top talent who share our values!The RoleThe Service Technician shall be responsible for servicing BlastOne rental equipment, customer equipment for repair, receiving/fulfilling of rental orders, and other assigned production department needs.Service rentals orders, customer repairs, contractor assembly builds, and in shop troubleshooting.Complete all rental CICOs within 48 hours of equipment arrivingComplete all rental checklists and paperwork prior to equipment shippingDocument orders with pictures, copies of shipping documents, and other steps as per the BlastOne standardsMake sure all workflows have proper QC checks before leaving the production department areaChampion a safe workplaceKeep work cell and tools area clean, organized, and ready for work at all timesProvide support to other warehouse areas by floating for periods of time based on order demandCommunicate in a positive manner with internal and external customersCommunicate via phone/email swiftly to confirm or keep work moving through the warehouse as expectedLoad heavy machinery in a safe manner.Other tasks and duties based upon business needs.Required Skills/QualificationsOne to two years of repair/job shop experienceIndustrial painting/sandblasting experience a plusHigh school diplomaAssociate's degree a plusMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle everyday challengesIndustrial/construction experienceForklift trainedReliability, you can be counted on to do a great jobWinning attitude - you hold your emotions in check, even in tough situationsBrilliant task and time management skills.
