Teaching Assistant

Looking for a candidate to start immediately with consideration for full time employment for the 2026-2027 academic year. Bayside Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing individual who enjoys engaging with children between the ages of 3 and 7 years old. Must be self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally in the area of early childhood development. In this position you will be responsible for supporting the classroom teacher in planning and classroom organization, individual and small group instruction, supervising students, preparation of materials and attending faculty meetings and professional development.Bachelors Degree preferred but not required with minimum 3-5 years prior experience working with young children required.
