As a Sales and Customer Support Representative, you’ll bridge the gap between customers, Account Managers, and internal teams—working daily with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to keep projects moving and customers supported. You’re not just supporting the business—you’re at the heart of it.Key responsibilities include:Coordinate and expedite customer orders with internal operations teams Communicate directly with customers to understand needs and ensure timely service Support business development efforts through prospecting and relationship building Accurately process orders, enter data, and maintain customer records Research and gather information to support customer requests and internal decision-making What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a sales-driven environment. Qualifications:Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Willingness to learn technical aspects of our equipment and industry A customer-first mindset with a strong sense of urgency
