Remote Employment Law Consultant (Hourly)

Mercor is seeking a remote Legal Expert specializing in Employment/Labor law. This role requires 1–4 years of relevant experience and a J.D. (or equivalent) from an accredited law school. The candidate will design workplace scenarios, grade AI responses, and provide feedback to improve model behavior. Responsibilities also include writing reference responses and participating in onboarding. Ideal candidates have strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with workplace investigations.
