We are growing and adding to our headcount!We are looking for Production Associates who can work with his or her hands, using tools and machines to assemble a variety of products. You'll will learn how to read our blueprints and schematics to put parts together and conduct quality control checks. You will also have the chance to work with our engineers in developing our products to help make them more reliable and the manufacturing process more efficient with extra PTO days awarded quarterly to the best suggestions! Quarterly luncheons, birthday lunch and holiday festivities.Full-time position available on 1st shift. Positions come with benefits and a retention plan with increases as well as annual one on one reviews. Annual bonuses based on company performance and metrics.Schedule1st shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pmOvertime daily and Fridays (Mon-Thurs until 5:30pm and Friday 6:00am - 11am) currently running OT until headcount is completedPosted Monday mornings for that week.
