Client Services Associate
Key Responsibilities:Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issue resolutionSupport Relationship Managers or Advisors in maintaining and growing client relationshipsProcess account openings, closings, and maintenance in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsPrepare client documentation, reports, and presentationsExecute and monitor transactions, including wires, transfers, and trades (if applicable)Ensure all client records are accurate and up to dateAssist in onboarding new clients, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirementsCoordinate with internal departments such as operations, compliance, and risk managementIdentify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiencyQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred1–3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a client-facing roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesKnowledge of banking products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements is a plusPreferred Skills:Experience with CRM systems or banking platformsLicensing (e.g., Series 7, Series 66) may be required depending on the roleStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
