CNO Analyst Programmers, Levels I/II

AEITS, Inc. a GTSC Company, is growing its team: we are seeking CNO Analyst Programmers, Levels 1 and 2, based upon experience and qualifications.Mission Description:We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled CNO Analyst Programmer to support the design, development, and deployment of cyber network operations (CNO) tools and capabilities. This role spans mid-level to senior-level responsibilities, with final level placement determined based on candidate experience, technical expertise, and demonstrated leadership ability.Clearance: Top Secret SCI with an approved CCA polygraph.Compensation:Level I: $161-174,000Level II: $194-209,000Requirements:MUST have strong Vulnerability Research (VR) skills.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions supporting CNO missionsDevelop applications in environments such as Windows (.NET/Visual Studio), UNIX/Linux, and embedded or mobile platformsProgram using languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, Perl, or AssemblySupport and/or lead end-to-end data flow design and tasking for CNO toolsParticipate in or lead software design, code, and readiness reviews in accordance with established development processesProduce and maintain technical documentation and briefings for stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-driven capabilitiesAdditional Responsibilities for Senior-Level Candidates (Level 2):Lead the design and development of complex CNO solutionsDirect technical efforts and provide guidance to junior developersDrive architecture decisions and ensure alignment with mission requirementsServe as a technical lead for projects, including customer interaction and solution deliveryRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or related field(Additional relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements)Experience with one or more programming languages: C, C++, Java, Python, Perl, or AssemblyExperience developing in Windows, UNIX/Linux, or embedded environmentsFamiliarity with software development lifecycle processes, including design reviews and documentationExperience Requirements:Level 1 (Mid-Level):2–4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Level 2 (Senior-Level):6–8+ years of relevant experienceDemonstrated experience leading development efforts or technical teamsDesired Qualifications:Experience with CNO tool development or cyber operations environmentsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesWork Environment:This position requires collaboration in a mission-focused environment supporting national security objectives.Level Determination:Final level (Level 1 or Level 2) will be determined during the hiring process based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.BENEFITS - Full-time EmployeesWe believe great work starts with supporting our people.
