Server Assistant - $13/hr PLUS tipout

As a high-end dining destination, we rely on a dedicated team to deliver a seamless and memorable experience for every guest. We're currently looking for a Server Assistant to join our front-of-house team and help support our servers in creating an outstanding dining experience. Responsibilities: Support servers by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables promptly and efficiently Refill water glasses and assist with delivering food or mis en plas when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room and service stations Ensure guest comfort by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Restock server stations with supplies such as napkins, silverware, and glassware Assist with pre-shift setup and post-shift breakdown of dining areas Follow all health and safety guidelines and sanitation procedures Qualifications: Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is required Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Work With Us: Team-oriented and respectful work environment Opportunity for growth within a high-quality dining establishment Meals provided during shifts Flexible scheduling Closed major holidays (July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years' Day) Join us as we create memorable dining experiences for our guests while fostering a supportive team atmosphere!
