Schedule:6 am - 6 pm, Sun, Mon, Tues6 am - 1:30 pm WednesdayCompensation: $17.00-$18.50/hour Responsibilities include: Ensure the meals you cook are great tasting and great looking. Follow the recipes and the dietician-approved menu as directed by your Supervisor. Know specialized diets- ensuring all kitchen staff knows what resident's current diets are. Respond to customer preferences and complaints. Clean and sanitize kitchen after service. When directed by your Supervisor, ensure all deliveries match delivery documentation. Report any discrepancies to your Supervisor immediately. Unload and stock deliveries as directed by your Supervisor. Be responsible for rotating stock to ensure items are used prior to expiration as directed by Supervisor. This job requires candidates to pass a level 2 background check through the FL Clearinghouse.
