The Resource Center in Midvale, Utah, is the corporate hub where strategy is built. This DPO role sits at that hub and reports directly to senior operations leadership.About the RoleThis is not an operational position. You will not be managing service tickets or chasing vendor invoices. You will be:ResponsibilitiesSetting the standards every Regional Maintenance Director executes againstOwning the multi-year CapEx plan across the full portfolioHiring, developing, and holding accountable the regional facilities leadership teamLeading regulatory posture across CMS, NFPA, state licensing, and ADA complianceGoverning TELS, Yardi Voyager, and facilities data integrity at enterprise scalePartnering with Finance, Development, Ownership, and the C-suite on capital decisionsLeading ESG strategy, utility management, and sustainability reportingSupporting due diligence on acquisitions and new community integrationsQualificationsUtah resident a must (relocation assistance available for the right candidate)Direct senior living experience — SNF, AL, IL, or Memory Care required8–12+ years of progressive facilities or engineering leadership, including multi-site senior living portfolio ownershipProven track record building and managing regional facilities teams — not just running buildingsDeep CapEx planning and capital budget ownership at scaleCommand of senior living regulatory environments: CMS, NFPA, state licensing, ADA, and building codes Required SkillsFluency in TELS, Yardi Voyager, and Energy Star platformsCFM, FMP, or PMP certificationBachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldPreferred SkillsHas already led a portfolio — not looking to make the leap, ready to build from the enterprise downIs comfortable in the boardroom and in the boiler roomCommunicates at the executive level and can translate capital risk into business termsBuilds systems that outlast their tenurePay range and compensation packageBase Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 (DOE)Performance-based annual bonusMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with company matchUnlimited PTODirect growth path to VP Facilities as portfolio scales to 60 communitiesEqual Opportunity StatementOur supreme goal is to do and be the best in all we undertake, and to provide a Stellar life for our residents, their families, and our employees. — Evrett Benton, CEOReady to Build Something?If you have led enterprise-level facilities in senior living and you’re ready to own the whole system, apply now or reach out directly.Sonya Adams | Talent Acquisition Director | Stellar Senior Living
