Design Engineering Team Leader

We are looking for For Elbit Cyclone site in Bar-Lev (alternative work location possible in Haifa) we are looking for a Head of Aerospace Structural Design Team to join our team. This is a senior, hands-on engineering leadership role that combines people management with technical excellence, leading structural design for airborne platforms and advanced aerospace products in a company that develops world-class technologies with meaningful impact in the defense industry In this role you will Lead and manage a team of mechanical designers responsible for design of installations on aerospace platforms and development of new aerospace products Provide professional and managerial leadership for the design team Guide and supervise design and development processes of aerospace structures and systems Provide engineering oversight and approval of structural design work Requirements B.Sc. in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering - Mandatory At least 5 years of experience in structural design and aircraft modifications - Mandatory Experience leading a team of engineers - Advantage Proven experience with CAD software - CATIA 5 - Advantage Familiarity with civil and military aviation standards Ability to learn new domains independently and manage multiple tasks as required Only relevant applications will be answered Karmiel
