Request ID: 87422-1 Title: Genesys Admin Locations: Phoenix AZ Duration: 6+ Months Salary Range: $45- $52 an hour (All inclusive) Job Description: We are seeking a hands-on Genesys Administrator / Engineer with strong expertise in Genesys Cloud CX and/or Genesys Engage platforms. The ideal candidate will support the migration of 30+ physical branch locations to Genesys, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure a smooth transition and stable post-go-live operations. This role requires strong technical knowledge of contact center technologies, along with experience in administration, configuration, testing, and deployment within a CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) environment. Key Responsibilities:Administer and configure Genesys Cloud CX / Genesys Engage environmentsDesign, configure, and maintain IVR call flows using Genesys ArchitectManage ACD routing, queues, skills-based routing, and call distribution strategiesSupport telephony integration (SIP, VoIP, hard phones, softphones)Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and conduct solution demosPerform user administration and profile managementSupport CRM and third-party integrations using REST APIs Required Skills & Experience:6-8 years of experience in contact center technologiesStrong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys EngageSolid understanding of:ACD (Automatic Call Distribution)Omnichannel routing (voice, chat, email, etc.)IVR design and call flows (Genesys Architect)SIP/VoIP telephony systems Preferred Skills:Experience in large-scale contact center migrationsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills Appreciate your quick response and please feel free to reach me out for any query you may have.
