You will work on new construction and live projects, integrating automated systems that ensure 100% uptime, energy efficiency, and operational reliability.This is a hands-on technical position ideal for someone who thrives in high-performance environments and enjoys solving complex challenges within the mission-critical infrastructure sector.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport installation, integration, and commissioning of control and monitoring systemsPerform checkout, testing, and troubleshooting of PLCs, HMIs, managed switches, PQMs, and other automation hardwareWork with Ignition SCADA systems and participate in Ignition training initiativesRead and interpret mechanical, electrical, and network drawingsUtilize Procore and other project management tools for site coordination and documentationCollaborate with engineering teams to provide technical feedback and support design improvementsEnsure safe and efficient field operations across all project phasesAssist in training and mentoring team members to develop technical capabilityApply strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills in all tasksQualifications & ExperienceBasic RequirementsMinimum 2 years of hands-on technical experience in field service, controls, or electrical systemsEducation or technical training equivalent to a 2-year STEM degree, trade school, or military technical backgroundExperience working with:Data centers or mission-critical environmentsPLC programming and HMI developmentSCADA systems and network integrationElectrical schematics and troubleshootingPreferred ExperienceKnowledge of MODBUS and TCP/IP communication protocolsFamiliarity with Ignition SCADA, Procore, and automation hardware setupCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + bonus eligibilityMedical, Dental & Vision with company contributions401(k) with company matchCompany-paid Life Insurance, Short & Long-Term DisabilityPaid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO)Company car and fuel card (clean driving record required)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Please apply on our websitehttps://hanleyenergy.com/vacancies-usa/
