Service Guest Experience Associate
The Service Guest Experience Associate is responsible for ensuring that all customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently for the service department. This includes receiving payment for services rendered, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and providing excellent customer service.Hours: Monday- Thursday 10am- 7pm, Saturdays 7AM- 5PM (mandatory), no FridaysPay : $19.00 per hourResponsibilities:Greet customers and process transactions.Accept payment for services rendered by the service department, as well as process down payments for sales department.Maintain an accurate record of transactions and reconcile daily cash and credit card transactions.Submitting invoices for payment to warranty and insurance companies.Process refunds as required.Keeping files organized and maintained daily.Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.Maintain knowledge of current policies, and proceduresEnsure that the cash register is balanced at the end of each shift.Adhere to all safety and security procedures.Keep customer lounge and coffee area clean and organizedIssue keys and license plates out to sales departmentCover for the receptionist during their lunch hourQualifications High school diploma or equivalentExperience in cash handling and customer service required.Basic computer skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong multitasking skills are a mustMust be dependable and reliablePrior dealership experience preferred, but not necessary.We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
