If you want to help change health care for the better, we want to hear from you.Location: RemoteSchedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30am-4:30pm MSTResponsibilitiesAdminister Hospitalist and Intensivist Compensation Plan Summaries.Handle physician compensation and shift reporting (biweekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annually).Collaborate with Legal, Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Operations, Corporate Compliance, and other partners.Set up provider demographics, plan summaries, and compensation in Simpliphy provider compensation software.Maintain manual provider compensation and shift reports to reconcile against Simpliphy balances.Act as a resource for physicians and medical group management regarding provider productivity, physician compensation, and other physician-related needs for Hospitalist and Intensivist specialties.Analyze complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of various factors.Work with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple projects using sophisticated software programs.Position SummaryThis position provides analytical support for the financial positioning and future growth of assigned area/region. It leads in the development, analysis, and preparation of financial plans, reporting, and key performance indicators to achieve overall system and entity strategic goals and objectives.Core FunctionsProvide high-level financial expertise through analysis and interpretation of data for decision support.Lead key financial processes within the assigned area or region (operating budgets, forecasting, program reporting, charge management, cost accounting, etc.) by coordinating resources and communication.Ensure regulatory compliance within the assigned business unit, providing assistance and education as needed.Initiate and direct identification and implementation of operating improvements and efficiencies by analyzing trends and variances.Implement and guide changes based on data, providing strategic financial guidance.Coordinate implementation and support for financial systems-based software products to enhance current and future functionality.Develop and present ongoing financial indicators and education programs.Prepare accurate and timely management and regulatory reports using consistent reporting formats.Provide financial analysis support for multiple facilities within Banner.Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for solutions.Interact with Regulatory Agencies, Information Services Benefits, Finance, and Human Resources for timely, accurate, and efficient data and process reporting.Preferred QualificationsPrevious supervisory/team leadership experience preferred.Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.Experience in healthcare financial management preferred.Additional Related Education And/or Experience PreferredExperience in healthcare financial management.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionFinance and SalesIndustryHospitals and Health CareAnticipated Closing Window2026-02-27EEO StatementEEO/Disabled/VeteransPrivacy PolicyPrivacy PolicyJ-18808-Ljbffr
