Wright Technical Services is supporting a top client in the CNC machine space who is looking to add a Field Service Engineer to their team in Seattle, Washington. This individual will be a member of the Customer Support Department and be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of their machinery at customer locations. The right candidate will be a customer-focused professional with a positive attitude and great customer service skills. Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair CNC machines and other industrial equipment Provide on-site technical support to clients Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues Perform preventative maintenance on equipment Train clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment Document all service and repair activities Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction Requirements: Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Field Service Engineer Experience with CNC installation and repair Experience with industrial maintenance repair Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel to client sites as needed Wright Technical Services and the client we represent are Equal Opportunity Employers.
