Role DescriptionLead and ensure the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the Florida processing facility, directly contributing to Sicar Farms’ growth and market positioning in the Eastern United States. This role adds value through the implementation of operational excellence standards, compliance with quality and food safety requirements.
