The Exhibition Coordinator Assistant will work closely with event managers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth event preparation, booth setup, scheduling, and on-site logistics.ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and coordinating exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate event displaysSupport booth setup logistics, vendor communication, and event schedulingCoordinate transportation, materials, signage, and promotional items for eventsMaintain event calendars, project timelines, and exhibitor recordsCommunicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams regarding event updatesMinimum RequirementsQualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferredPrevious experience in events, exhibitions, hospitality, or administrative support is a plusStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesDetail-oriented with the ability to work under deadlinesWhat We OfferCompetitive weekly pay Clear opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and energetic team environment Hands-on experience with major corporate events Travel opportunities depending on event schedule
