This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for current and future hiring needs while partnering closely with hiring managers to support business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a passion for talent acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needsSource qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, databases, cold calling, and internet recruiting toolsReview resumes and screen applicants to assess qualifications and fitConduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate work history, skills, education, and experienceMaintain accurate candidate and employment records within internal systemsCommunicate with applicants regarding interview status, hiring decisions, and next stepsPromote company culture, career opportunities, benefits, and organizational information to candidatesSupport recruiting initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processManage multiple requisitions and maintain timely communication with stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred0–2 years of recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer-facing experience requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyBasic understanding of employment laws, hiring practices, and recruiting processesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and ExcelStrong organizational skills with attention to detailPreferred SkillsExperience using applicant tracking systems or recruiting databasesAbility to build relationships with candidates and hiring managersStrong multitasking and problem-solving skillsExperience working in a fast-paced environment preferredAdditional InformationFully onsite role located in Indianapolis, INImmediate hiring need with ASAP start dateMultiple openings available
