The Quality Assurance and Training Lead is responsible for coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and overseeing training initiatives for stakeholders involved in the Court Case Management System project. This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure testing processes meet project timelines, as well as developing training programs tailored to different user groups.Job duties include, but are not limited to:UAT Coordination:Develop and manage comprehensive UAT plans aligned with project schedules and stakeholder expectationsCollaborate with teams to identify test scenarios, cases, and acceptance criteriaFacilitate UAT sessions and guide users through testing processesAnalyze UAT results, identify issues, and collaborate with development teams for resolutionsPrepare UAT documentation and reports for stakeholder reviewTraining Development:Assess the training needs of various user groups and design tailored training programsCreate training materials, including guides, presentations, and e-learning modulesConduct training sessions (in-person and virtual) to equip users with the necessary knowledge and skillsGather and analyze feedback from participants to improve training programsStay updated on the latest trends in training methodologiesCollaboration & Communication:Serve as a liaison between users, product managers, developers, and technical teamsOrganize user feedback sessions and workshops to collect insights for product improvementsEnsure clear communication of requirements and feedback between users and technical teamsCompensation and TermThis opportunity is for a full-time, contract position with possibleextensions and pay commensurate with experience up to$84,700per year. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance available after 30 days of hire.Qualifications You NeedA successful candidatehas the following experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with a focus on software developmentAt least three (3)years of experience in UAT, training, or similar roles in IT projectsStrong understanding of UAT methodologies and testing processesProficient in developing training content and delivering training sessionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with test management software and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Quality Assurance or Training (e.g., ISTQB, ATD)Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologiesExperience working on government IT projectsFamiliarity with Azure DevOps is a plusWorking with usWorking with TECKpert means more options.
