With a mission rooted in hope and healing, Montrose Behavioral Health provides a supportive workplace where clinicians and caregivers can make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and in the well-being of the broader communityPURPOSE STATEMENT:Plan, direct, define and coordinate individualized and group therapeutic support and services to patient's with mental health, behavioral health and substance abuse issues in an outatient setting.Responsibilities:Provides a broad range of therapeutic and psychiatric social work services to mentally or emotionally disturbed patients.Acts as a liaison with hospitals, clinics, referral sources, and other medical professionals/centers affiliated with the facility.Collaborates with psychiatric and interdisciplinary teams in diagnoses and treatment plans.Assess relative, cognitive, behavioral or emotional problems.Other Duties as assignedOTHER FUNCTIONS:Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.Qualifications or Skill Required: Master's degree in human services field.
