The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team of employees, and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant. Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, scheduling, and inventory managementEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any customer complaints or issuesTrain and develop team members to deliver top-notch service and maintain a positive work environmentMonitor and maintain quality control standards for food preparation and presentationImplement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environmentManage financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Qualifications:Previous experience in a QSR or fast-food restaurant management roleStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyKnowledge of food safety and sanitation regulationsExcellent customer service skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
