Pharmacy Technician

If certified upon hire, bonus will still apply and will be paid out as follows-$1250 to be paid out on the check following 90 days of employment & $1250 to be paid out on the check following 180 days of employment. If not certified upon hire, $1250 to be paid on the check following 90 days of employment if PTCB certified by the 91st day & $1250 to be paid out on the check following 180 days of employment. Requirements: Education, Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays Licensed KS tech preferred. Responsibilities: Fills daily drug orders accurately and efficiently under the supervision of a pharmacist. Assists in processing returned drugs and recycle/dispose of per procedure. Review facility pre-list and prepare 30-day cards with the appropriate drug for the full fill. Assist in pre-packing frequently ordered medications, label, and store, as needed during low volume times. Packages materials and products manually Determines that the correct packing materials are available at the packing station Applies labels according to directions Follow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA.
