We're all about fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone's unique talents shine.Job Qualifications:Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS): Possess a valid license as a Licensed Behavior Specialist.Experience: Bring at least 1 year of hands-on experience as a behavior supervisor, specializing in designing ABA programs for children with autism. This should include providing training to parents and instructors on effective intervention implementation.Central Reach EMR: Familiarity with Central Reach is a major plus!Job Responsibilities:Assessment Expertise: Conduct assessments using standardized tools, Functional Behavioral Assessments, and Functional Analyses to gauge levels of functioning.Program Development: Craft detailed assessments, treatment goals, and programming tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to staff, ensuring the effective implementation of programs with clients.Training Leadership: Train and supervise direct care Behavioral Health Technician staff in ABA methodologies.Data Management: Develop and monitor data collection for all implemented programs.Parent Training: Conduct informative Parent Training sessions focusing on specific treatment goals that align with the family's needs.Issue Resolution: Investigate and address parental concerns regarding programming and staffing issues, reporting findings to the assigned Clinical Supervisor for resolution.Staffing Expertise: Assist in identifying the most suitable staffing for authorized services based on client needs.Flexible Availability: Maintain flexible hours to promptly respond to client needs.Compliance Adherence: Adhere to all Pennsylvania requirements regarding progress notes, billing, and audit procedures.Adaptable Contributor: Perform other related duties as assigned or requested, contributing to the dynamic needs of the team.Want to learn more about what becoming a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) at BMCI means?
