This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in medical device sales while developing strong technical and customer facing expertise.What will you be doing?Supporting Sales Representatives with case coverage and in account activitySetting up, installing, maintaining and troubleshooting equipmentManaging demo inventory and ensuring product availability across customer sitesCoordinating and transporting inventory between accountsDelivering in service education and product guidance to hospital teamsLearning and mastering detailed product and procedural knowledgeParticipating in a 24/7 call rotation within the teamWhat will you need to be successful?Bachelors degree or equivalent experienceMinimum two years of sales experienceHealthcare or clinical environment experience preferredAbility to learn and apply technical product and procedural informationStrong relationship building abilities with clinicians and hospital personnelDemonstrated ability to collaborate and support a teamWillingness to travel as requiredAbility to complete all credentialing requirements for healthcare facility accessAll field sales professionals that are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role, must successfully complete our credentialling process, which often includes COVID 19 vaccine management.We believe in creating the greatest good for society. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for sales commission and incentives based on set targets. The commission earned will depend on the candidate's performance in the role.
