Simulation Data Operations Consultant (Contract)Location: Palo Alto, CA or Seattle, WA (40 hours/week onsite)Duration: 6‑month contractStart: ImmediateWe are seeking a Simulation Data Operations Consultant to support high‑volume simulation workflows. This role is suited for someone who thrives in structured, detail‑oriented environments and is comfortable with repetitive, quality‑driven work.Responsibilities:Curate and validate datasets for simulation evaluationsMaintain and own data quality standards across workflowsIdentify gaps in data requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve themBecome proficient in the simulation pipeline to triage issuesSupport analysis of generated datasets when requiredImprove workflow documentation and flag inconsistenciesAdvocate for process improvements that reduce manual effortMonitor performance metrics and drive quality enhancementsQualifications:Solid understanding of QA/QC principles2–3 years of experience in data entry, annotation, labeling, or related fieldsExperience owning process quality or validation workflowsFamiliarity with Slack, GSuite, and JiraBackground in tech, automotive, or simulation environments preferred
