Shuttle Driver Department: MaintenanceReports to: Director of EngineeringJob Type: Seasonal, Hourly, Full Time & Part TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking a dependable Shuttle Driver to join our team in Northern MI at the Cotton Collection for the 2026 summer season. Based at Hotel Perry in Petoskey, the shuttle route includes stops in Charlevoix, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Traverse City, Mackinaw City, and Alanson.The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting guests and employees to and from designated locations, providing excellent customer service along the way. We operate a 14-passenger Ford Transit.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSafely operate the hotel shuttle van in accordance with all traffic and safety laws, including DOT regulationsCommunicate with management and other team members to make accurate, timely deliveries and shuttle stops.Assist with loading and unloading luggage as neededProvide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests during their shuttle rideMaintain cleanliness and upkeep of the shuttle vehicleMeet delivery deadlines and follow assigned routesQualificationsA valid MI driver's chauffeur's license with a clean driving record. The hotel can provide assistance if needed.Familiarity with using navigation systemsExcellent customer service skillsStrong knowledge of local area roads and attractionsExcellent vision and hand-eye coordination to stay safe while driving
