Key Requirements Technical Matter Expert on Billing with strong lead capabilities able to guide large volumes of verification engineers. Finance (mapping to classic architecture would be BSCS GL, Accounting Center, TA Taxation, PIHS) Billing process (mapping to classic architecture would be BSCS BCH, BGH, RLH) Bill presentment (StreamServe OpenText Background) Taxation (ideally someone with Vertex knowledge) Billing promotion Payment (knowledge of Payment interface PIH etc) Resources administration: RA module For delivery of MVNO: We need BSCS iX R3 or R4 SA/SI skills: Knowledge of Rating Chain of BSCS (PRIH, RIH, RLH, PX) Knowledge of Billing Chain of BSCS (MI, BCH, BGH, Free Units and Price Plan) Knowledge of wholesale billing: Interconnect, MVNE, roaming, Partner Management Resources administration: RA module for SIM card / IMSI Mediation: EMM8 for interfacing with MVNO retail Billing system Knowledge of BSCS APIs for customer care: SOI and webservice
