EE Test Engineer100% Onsite to Redmond, WAFulltime/PermanentJob ResponsibilitiesDefine electrical validation methodologies for PCB and different subsystems by working with system integration EE team and technology teamsDefine and track detailed test plans for the different modules and top level systems. Validation coverage includes SoC, low speed signal interface (I2C, I2S, PDM...etc), I/O signals, high speed differential MIPI C-PHY/D-PHY, PCIe, USB SS, and UFS), electrical performance of subsystems such Display, Camera/Vision systems, Power/PMIC, Analog/Mixed-Signal, or Silicon IC FAE (e.g., TI, Renesas, Maxim, Qualcomm)Drive and execute validation to meet key deadlines and priority goalsOwn execution, interpretation, and reporting of electrical validation work status and resultsClearly document test results. Keep track of bugs encountered and fixedDesign, expand EE test automation and processesSupport system bring up and debug activitiesClearly communicate test plans and results Minimum Qualifications3+ years of Electrical System Verification for consumer electronics - experience with mobile technology (smartphone, watches, AR/VR) is a plusExperience with definition of validation test plans and developing detailed electrical validation SOPsExperience executing electrical validation on the bench. Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMM, e-load, power supply, power analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, protocol analyzer and temp chamberUnderstanding of board schematics and board layout, finding proper probe locations and identify potential points of failure in the DUTBoard and system level validation and debugging experienceWorking knowledge of Python, and LabVIEW for data processing and automation
