This role requires discretion, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work independently in a professional office environment.Key Responsibilities• Provide day-to-day personal and administrative support to the CEO• Drive the CEO to and from appointments and meetings during work hours• Manage calendars, scheduling, and correspondence• Handle phone calls, emails, and general office communications• Coordinate appointments, errands, and logistics• Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic administrative tasks• Oversee and issue checks for office-related needs• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems• Support general office operations as neededQualifications• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required• Previous experience as a personal or administrative assistant preferred• Strong organizational and time-management skills• Excellent written and verbal communication• High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)• Basic knowledge of Quicken or similar accounting software preferred• Ability to work independently and anticipate needs• Strong passion for the entertainment industry and publicityPosition Details• Full-time, on-site position in Beverly Hills• Monday–Friday schedule• Core working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)• Compensation commensurate with experience• Immediate Start Preferred
