This role is critical to supporting our service team, maximizing parts profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate understands RV parts operations, inventory control, and team leadership, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all daily operations of the RV parts departmentOrder, receive, stock, and price RV parts and accessoriesMaintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular cycle countsWork closely with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availabilityAssist retail customers and technicians with parts identification and recommendationsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and manufacturersMonitor parts sales, margins, and obsolescenceEnsure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer guidelinesTrain, supervise, and support parts department staff (if applicable)Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficientQualificationsPrevious experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor (RV, automotive, marine, or powersports preferred)Strong knowledge of RV components, systems, and accessoriesExperience with dealership DMS/software systemsExcellent organizational and inventory management skillsStrong communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to lead, coach, and motivate a teamDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and holidaysEmployee discounts on RV parts and accessoriesStable, growing company with long-term opportunity
