Data Governance Architect / AnalystThe Data Governance Architect will design and implement enterprise data governance frameworks to ensure data is trusted, secure, compliant, and fit for business use. Bridging the gap between business and technology, this role establishes data standards, policies, and architectural patterns while embedding governance into data platforms. You will partner with data owners, stewards, and engineering teams to enhance data quality, interoperability, and regulatory compliance across the ResponsibilitiesDesign, operationalize, and scale enterprise data governance frameworks, operating models, and workflows.Facilitate requirements gathering, align disparate stakeholder groups toward a unified framework, and communicate value across teams.Present strategies clearly to executives and translate complex technical concepts into business context.Transform vague expectations into defined concepts and actionable business/technical requirements.Actively collect feedback to drive measurable process and framework improvements.Qualifications & RequirementsDomain & ExperienceExperience: 10+ years in Data Architecture, Data Governance, or Enterprise Data Management.Industry Domain Experience: Retail Apparel: Strong understanding of the customer journey. Supply Chain: Solid experience in supply chain processes (Retail Supply Chain preferred).Skills: Expert in Business Analysis, Technical Solution Design, Architecture Knowledge, and Software Engineering Leadership.Change Management: Strong background in change management is a major plus.Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) minimum.Technical & Tooling SkillsGovernance Tools (Nice to Have): Atlan, AlationCloud & Architecture (Nice to Have): Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Data ModelingDesign & Workflows (Nice to Have): Wireframing, Workflow Development
