Position Summary: The Front of House Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dining room and service staff during evening operations. We're looking for a trainable, motivated leader who is hands-on, guest-focused, and capable of inspiring a team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Manage front-of-house operations and ensure smooth, efficient service * Lead, train, and support service staff to maintain high standards * Create and maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere * Address guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism * Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks * Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless guest experience * Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and dining room readiness Qualifications: * Prior full-service restaurant management experience required * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills * Hands-on, proactive approach to problem solving * Motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused * Available to work evenings, 5 days a week * Professional attitude with a focus on hospitality and team development Application Instructions: Please apply online only .
