Our technology supports customers in over 50 countries across six continents.With headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, and a global footprint across the United States, Mexico, and Brazil, we are a collaborative, mission-driven organization committed to helping feed the world responsibly through innovation.About the RoleWe are seeking a driven and technically strong Professional Services Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of MTech's cloud-based solutions.This role sits within the Professional Services team and is responsible for designing and delivering custom reporting, integrations, and analytics solutions that align with customer business processes. You will work directly with clients across a variety of functions—from executive stakeholders to operational teams—to ensure MTech's platform integrates seamlessly with their systems and workflows.What You'll DoClient Engagement & DiscoveryPartner directly with MTech customers to understand business processes, workflows, and system requirementsLead discovery and blueprint sessions to define solution scopeProduce technical documentation such as data mappings, interface specifications, and report definitionsEnsure adherence to internal project and governance standardsCommunicate clearly with clients across both technical and non-technical audiencesCustom Reporting & Analytics DevelopmentDesign and develop custom reports and analytics outputs based on client requirementsDefine reporting structures including metrics, views, and data classesTroubleshoot and resolve reporting issues or defectsSupport testing, validation, and go-live activitiesProvide post-go-live support (hypercare) for continuous improvementSystems Integration & Data SolutionsDesign and implement integrations between MTech applications and external customer systems (e.g., ERP platforms)Define integration architecture, data schemas, and exchange methodsDevelop, test, and deploy integration solutionsTrain and support internal teams and customers on integration usageTraining & ConsultingDeliver training to clients and internal teams on reporting and integration toolsGuide customers on leveraging MTech's data model and database structureCollaborate cross-functionally with deployment and project teams to ensure alignment on solutionsWhat We're Looking For (Must-Haves)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience querying and working with data using SQL5+ years of experience with at least one programming languageStrong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholdersProven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyNice to HaveExperience in agriculture, animal protein, or supply chain industriesExperience working with ERP systems or enterprise integrationsExposure to analytics or business intelligence toolsHow You'll Be SuccessfulProactively identify and solve complex client problemsOperate with strong ownership and accountabilityCommunicate clearly and consistently across stakeholdersCollaborate effectively within a distributed, global teamMaintain a solutions-oriented mindset in ambiguous environmentsWhy Join UsWork on high-impact implementations supporting global food productionCollaborate with a mission-driven, innovative SaaS organizationGain exposure to complex enterprise systems and international clientsGrow your technical and consulting skillset in a dynamic environmentEEO StatementIntegrated into our shared values is MTech's commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
