Job Full DescriptionSchedule: Environment: Aerospace Industry Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, repair, and reliability of equipment, systems, and facility infrastructure within a manufacturing environment. This role leads a team of maintenance technicians and coordinates daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment uptime, reduce unplanned downtime, and support safe, compliant, and efficient facility operationsKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across equipment, systems, and facility infrastructureLead and support a team of maintenance technicians, providing direction, scheduling, and technical guidanceEnsure optimal equipment reliability and uptime while minimizing production disruptionsTroubleshoot and support maintenance of industrial machinery, automation systems, and facility systemsMaintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational standardsUtilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and equipment historyRequired Experience5-8 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (required)1-3 years of supervisory or lead experience (preferred)Experience in chemical processing, metal finishing, fabrication, or industrial coating environments (strongly preferred)Required Skills & Technical KnowledgeWorking knowledge of industrial controls, motors, and automation systemsFamiliarity with pumps, valves, piping systems, and fluid handling equipmentExperience with pneumatic and hydraulic systemsAbility to read and interpret schematics and blueprintsProficiency in basic computer applicationsExperience using maintenance management systems (CMMS)EducationHigh School Diploma or GED (required)Associate degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or a related field (preferred)Apply Today!
