Job Summary Job Title: Pond Maintenance / Construction Team Member Type of Position: Hourly A Universal Aquatics Pond Maintenance & Construction Team Member provides excellent customer service to the customer while providing water feature maintenance (Backyard Goldfish & Koi Pond Maintenance) as well as continuing effort to hone their water feature building skills and craftsmanship. This is one aspect of what we do. https://youtu.be/lFGMVjjbrSQ Responsibilities and Duties Participate in the maintenance and construction of Water Features Perform annual and monthly water feature maintenance Assist in the construction of water features such as fish ponds and waterfalls Perform any additional tasks asked by your manager Maintain and keep correct inventory of tools Keep trailer, vehicles, and construction area neat and organized Post projects on multiple social media platforms Consistent marketing on various platforms for the Company Qualifications and Skills REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 18-years or older Valid Driver’s License with Good Driving Record Available to work Monday – Friday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Weekends Possible) Ability to travel to multiple site locations to meet the needs of the business Able to lift up to 75 lbs. Must be able to bend, stoop and squat throughout an 8-10 hour shift Safety-conscious individual Team player Good verbal skills Knowledge of pond industry a plus Available to work extra hours and weekends when necessary Passion and strong work ethic is a must Typical end time: 6PM Typical start time: 7AM This Job Is: Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma Work Remotely No This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Application Question(s): Please tell us a little bit about why you are interested in this position.
