What You'll Do: Maintain & Repair a variety of heavy equipment and vehicles safely and professionally. Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems efficiently. Mentor and guide team members across our shops and stores. Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. Leverage Technology to boost efficiency and productivity. Communicate job progress and produce detailed reports. Requirements: What We're Looking For: Experience: 5+ years in mechanical work, including diesel repair. Skills: Strong in electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting. Attributes: Punctual, team-oriented, self-motivated, and excellent communicator. License: Clean California Driver's License.
