We are seeking an experienced Nurse Injector (NP) to join our clinical team and help deliver exceptional patient outcomes.Position Overview:The Nurse Injector (NP) is responsible for providing advanced injectable treatments while serving as a trusted clinical expert for NEOSkin patients. This role blends medical expertise, aesthetic judgment, and patient education to ensure safe, customized, and high-quality care.The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about aesthetics, with a strong commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development.Key Responsibilities:Perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators and dermal fillers in accordance with NEOSkin clinical protocolsPerform laser treatmentsConduct comprehensive patient consultations, including medical history review, facial assessment, and treatment planningEducate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and post-treatment carePrescribe and manage treatments within NP scope of practiceAccurately document all treatments, plans, and follow-up careDevelop individualized aesthetic treatment plans focused on natural, long-term resultsManage post-treatment follow-ups and ongoing careSupport patient retention through thoughtful rebooking and long-term aesthetic planningCollaborate with clinical leadership on operational initiatives and best practicesParticipate in vendor trainings, internal education, and continuing education opportunitiesSupport clinical meetings, quality initiatives, and practice growthUphold OSHA, infection control, and patient safety standardsMaintain professionalism, empathy, and discretion in all patient interactionsQualifications:Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Ohio (required)Minimum 3-5 years of experienceMinimum 1 year of hands-on injectable experience in a medical aesthetics or clinical settingAdvanced proficiency with neuromodulators and dermal fillersStrong clinical judgment and aesthetic eyeExcellent communication and patient education skillsCollaborative, professional, and patient-centered approach to careWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation, commensurate with experiencePaid time off and holidaysMedical, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible team members)401(k) with employer matchOngoing clinical education and professional developmentTeam member discounts on NEOSkin services and skincare productsA supportive, growth-focused clinical environmentNEOSkin Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
